PRICES INCLUDE ONE DRY FEED PER DAY, A FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR TWO OR MORE FEEDS A DAY

 All days booked will be charged for if picking up your pet early, we charge for the day they come on and the day they go

ALL DOGS MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED with a Canine Cough C5 and as of 1 March 2022 C2i/C7 (Lepto) vaccination  if possible due to shortages.

Please allow 14 days if you are getting your first C5/C7 vaccination needle done for your furbaby prior to dropping off for boarding or training.

​

There is a minimum stay of 10 days for Christmas holiday bookings.

Please note a $100 non-refundable deposit per dog/cat  is required for all bookings, except from 1 December to 20 January where a non refundable payment in full is may be requested to complete the booking.

Fresh mince packs available for $5 extra  per day

Extra dry feed  $5 extra per day.

There is no discount if you supply your food

We charge per day and not per night so you can be assured of a run for your pet, if we did all drop offs would have to be in the afternoon, and pickups would be in the morning. Most people go places in the morning, and come back in the afternoon, then the pets would have to come out the day before, and be picked up the day after your return – so that would be an two extra nights so would work out more expensive for the owners so this is neither convenient, nor cheaper.

 

FRESH HUMAN GRADE BEEF MINCE ALSO AVAILABLE ON REQUEST, $5 PER MEAL

Deposits required for all bookings – please note a phone enquiry/request regarding boarding is not a booking and the kennel will not be held until a deposit has been received.

​

Problem or aggressive dogs towards people will not be accepted for boarding under any conditions.

Obedience training dogs will be assessed on a case by case basis.

You will be asked to pick up your dog , your deposit will be forfeited and any payment for the time your dog has boarded will be charged for  if we find your dog displays  these behaviours towards us.

A fee will also be incurred for the extra time taken to care for people aggressive dogs when they have been left with us and customers have not informed us of this issue and we can not contact owner to pick the dog up.

A $3 fee per day will be charged for pets that require coats put on and taken off daily.
