There is no discount if you supply your food

We charge per day and not per night so you can be assured of a run for your pet, if we did all drop offs would have to be in the afternoon, and pickups would be in the morning. Most people go places in the morning, and come back in the afternoon, then the pets would have to come out the day before, and be picked up the day after your return – so that would be an two extra nights so would work out more expensive for the owners so this is neither convenient, nor cheaper.

Please note a non-refundable deposit of $100 per dog is required for all bookings except from 1 December to 20 January where full non refundable payment is required to complete booking.If a cancellation is made  prior to 1 December, you will only be charged the non refundable deposit of $100

FRESH HUMAN GRADE BEEF MINCE ALSO AVAILABLE ON REQUEST, $5 PER MEAL

Why not ask to have your best friend  washed in the Reverse Cycle A/C  indoors kennels with a infra red heat lamp on them  to ensure they stay warm while we blow dry them so they are clean and fluffy ready for home!

Problem or aggressive dogs will not be accepted for boarding under any conditions, Obedience training dogs will be assessed on a case by case basis. You will be asked to pick up your dog your deposit will be forfeited and any payment for the time your dog has boarded will be charged for if we find your dog shows signs of these behaviors

A $3 fee per day will be charged for pets that require coats put on and taken off daily

 If 2 small dogs share 1 single  kennel it is $35  for the 2nd dog

If 2 large dogs share double kennel $40 each

Extended stays of 28 days or more                  $38 per dog

OUT DOOR RUNS

 $30 PER DAY PER DOG

 If 2 small dogs share 1 single  run  it is $55  

Extended stays of 28 days or more                  $38 per day or 53

Obedience Prices;

 

We have been training dogs here at Whispering Pines since 1989 with only 3 price increases over the years for training and have had to increase our training prices accordingly. (there are no hidden fees)

 

Two Week, (15 days) Obedience Course   $1000   (add $210 if indoors) FULLY INCLUSIVE OF BOARD AND FOOD

Serious behavior and aggression issues are based on individual cases as may require a longer stay

Problem and/or dogs with aggressive behavior may exceed the two week stay

Fresh mince packs available for $5 extra

OUT OF HOURS can be arranged for pick up or drop off with a fee of $20  but please note we will not accept arrivals earlier than 1 hour before opening or later than 1 hour after closing and only if we are available and agree with by  prior arrangement.

Out of hours we are here busy training and exercising your pets as this cannot be done while attending to customers

WE SUPPLY EVERYTHING HOWEVER,

ALL PETS  ARE WELCOME TO BRING ANY TOYS ,  BLANKETS/COATS WITH THEM FOR THEIR COMFORT, EXCEPT BEAN BAGS.

If your pet requires any special medication or feeding please let us know at time of booking and we will make sure the instructions are followed to the letter with only a small fee of $2.00 per administration  charged.

Aged or blind dogs that require walking on a lead will be charged $5.00 per day extra.

ALL DOGS MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED WITH the minimum of C5,

( CANINE COUGH), NO EXCEPTIONS
