SATURDAYS OPEN 10am to 12pm SUNDAYS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS 3pm to 4pm
No entry will be permitted outside of business hours or without a prior appointment time
OUT OF HOURS can be arranged for pick up or drop off with a fee of $20 but please note we will not accept arrivals earlier than 1 hour before opening or later than 1 hour after closing and only if we are available and agree with by prior arrangement.
10am-12pm and 5.30- 6.00pm week nights
10am to 3pm weekends & P/H
BUSINESS HOURS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
these hours are for dropping off and picking up your pets
Out of hours we are here busy training and exercising your pets as this cannot be done while attending to customers
Entry will not be allowed without prior appointment time booked

Please note a non-refundable deposit of $100 per dog is required for all bookings except from 1 December to 20 January where full non refundable payment is required to complete booking.If a cancellation is made prior to 1 December, you will only be charged the non refundable deposit of $100
Please ring to book your date and times of your arrival and pickup
Please call mobile if changing booking time for that day as we are usualy outside and dont check answering machine until the evening on most days (calls after 6pm will be returned the following day)
If running late PLEASE phone and speak to us, (do not leave a message in the event we do not receive it in time), to let us know
Open for inspections on Sundays only by appointment
WE SUPPLY EVERYTHING HOWEVER,
ALL PETS ARE WELCOME TO BRING ANY TOYS , BLANKETS/COATS WITH THEM FOR THEIR COMFORT, EXCEPT BEAN BAGS.
ALL DOGS MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED WITH A C5, (for vaccination information please go to our link)
