No entry will be permitted outside of business hours or without a prior appointment time
OUT OF HOURS can be arranged for pick up or drop off with a fee of $20 but please note we will not accept arrivals earlier than 1 hour before opening or later than 1 hour after closing and only if we are available and agree with by prior arrangement.

Please note a non-refundable deposit of $100 per dog is required for all bookings except from 1 December to 20 January where full non refundable payment is required to complete booking. If a cancellation is made prior to 1 December, you will only be charged the non refundable deposit of $100

PRICE LIST
A $3 fee per day will be charged for pets that require coats put on and taken off daily
There is no discount if you supply your own food
We charge per day and not per night so you can be assured of a run for your pet, if we did all drop offs would have to be in the afternoon, and pickups would be in the morning. Most people go places in the morning, and come back in the afternoon, then the pets would have to come out the day before, and be picked up the day after your return – so that would be an two extra nights so would work out more expensive for the owners so this is neither convenient, nor cheaper.

At Whispering Pines we cater for all breeds and your best freind will always feel free to play and run in the exercise area without any stress from other dogs. We do not mix dogs from other families together as our main focus is to ensure that your loved one is happy and relaxed with the neighbors they have or we will move them around to find that perfect freind!

All dogs are exercised in our large grassed yards and in door kennel dogs have a splash pool under a shady tree!
Special requirements
If your pet requires any special medication or feeding please let us know at time of booking and we will make sure the instructions are followed to the letter with only a small fee of $2.00 per administration charged.
Aged or blind dogs that require walking on a lead will be charged $5.00 per day extra.

Out of hours we are here busy training and exercising your pets as this cannot be done while attending to customers

Problem or aggressive dogs will not be accepted for boarding under any conditions, Obedience training dogs will be assessed on a case by case basis. You will be asked to pick up your dog your deposit will be forfeited and any payment for the time your dog has boarded will be charged for if we find your dog shows signs of these behaviours.

We have been training dogs for over 30 years, from sheep dog trialling, Film and Television animals, (dogs, cats, mice, ferrets, sheep etc), Protection/Guard dogs, Obedience dogs and scent dogs. Cane, The Daewoo Dog was one of our kids who started his career with “A Country Practice” and went on to make many, many commercials along with our other dogs and cats! We have a deep love for all animals and treat each pet as individuals. Behavior problems and basic Obedience are our specialty and over the past 20 odd years has seen it all. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have in regards to your pets and we will try to help you with any problems you may be experiencing. Many of our clients have come to us as a last resort and we have been able to get them and their pets communicating and understanding each other thus resulting in a peaceful happy home once again.
